SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are generally ₹50 - ₹100 depending upon weight of the shipment.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
phulaan ships all over India.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns and exchanges
Few items sold on this website are not eligible for return/exchange. Please check return/exchange criteria of particular item before checkout.
You have 10 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
